Due to regulations for transport of dangerous goods by air (IATA) and road (ADR), consumers are not permitted to ship Tech-Air® products themselves for return or servicing. In the event of a return or service request you must therefore deliver the goods in person to one of our Tech-Air® Hubs. Please ensure you first contact our Customer Care team to receive confirmation of the correct Hub and approval before visiting.

Quando gli atleti MotoGP di Alpinestars cadono o danneggiano una tuta da gara, la tuta viene restituita al centro R&D di Alpinestars ad Asolo, Italia. Le tute vengono esaminate e valutate accuratamente, prima di essere— a seconda dell'entità del danno— o riparate o archiviate. Questa procedura è indicativa dell'impegno incrollabile di Alpinestars per la sicurezza e le prestazioni degli atleti.
Il Lowside Hat è un omaggio simbolico a tale impegno. Ciascuno di questi classici cappellini in cotone a 5 pannelli è adornato con un grande logo Astar ricavato da pelle di tute MotoGP usate in gara, recuperata dai tecnici di gara Alpinestars. Il logo è cucito sul lato sinistro di ciascun cappellino, ispirato alla posizione del logo sui caschi da corsa Alpinestars Supertech R10 e M10.
